Wedding Schedule
Here is the schedule for the week-end of our wedding. The ceremony itself is held on Saturday 19th, however we have planned an extra day on Thursday for those who can join us.
Thursday, September 17th
12:00pm-4:00pm Pfeiffer Beach Party!
Pfeiffer Beach is located in the middle of Big Sur. Come and join us on the beach as we lie in the sun, play in the waves and enjoy the beauty that the central California coastline has to offer! This event is open to all who wish to attend. We are not reserving any official beach space, and parking is limited. $5 parking fee. 8:00pm-2:00am Monterey Bar-Hoppage.
To help get the week-end started right, we have organized a wild night tearing up Alvarado Street in downtown Monterey! To facilitate the commute, there will be two shuttles leaving from the Glen Oaks (glenoaksbigsur.com) 8:00pm, and they will be returning at midnight and 2:00am.
Friday, September 18th
4:00pm-7:00pm Rehearsal Dinner
For Wedding party and immediate family only, we will be dining at the Big Sur River Inn. bigsurriverinn.com
8:00pm-10:00pm Big Sur River Inn Welcome Reception
All are invited for some dessert and drinks at the Big Sur River Inn so we can meet everyone who came before all the craziness gets started. All are welcome to attend and we will be providing sweets and coffee. bigsurriverinn.com
Saturday, September 19th
Noon-2:30pm Shuttle to Paion
All guests are required to ride shuttles to Paion, the site of the ceremony. Please see the shuttles page to learn more.
3:00pm-10:00pm Ceremony/Reception
The wedding ceremony will begin at 3:00pm, with the reception to immediately follow at the same location. Guests are advised to bring warm clothing, as the entire event is to be held outside
8:00pm-2:00am Shuttles return to hotels
There will be shuttles returing guests to Carmel and the hotels in Big Sur at 8pm, 11pm and 2:00am. For more details, please see the shuttles page.
Sunday, September 20th
10:00am-Noon Big Sur Bakery
